<div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Job Summary </strong></div><div style="text-align: justify;">As an AI Solutions Specialist, you will play a key role in transforming Raiffeisen Bank Kosovo through the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI solutions. </div><div style="text-align: justify;">Your work will directly enhance customer experience, drive operational efficiency, and create measurable value across core functions such as Operations, Risk, Finance, and Customer Communication.</div><div>You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of AI engineers, data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to lead AI use case development, integrate AI platforms, and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards, including the EU AI Act and CBK requirements.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Key responsibilities</strong></div><div><br></div><ul><li style="text-align: justify;">Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of AI models to support areas such as customer service, operation, compliance and risk management.</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Collaborate with business units to identify and prioritize AI opportunities that deliver the highest value.</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Develop, validate, and monitor AI models to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with internal and external standards.</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Provide strategic insights and actionable recommendations derived from AI-powered analytics.</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Stay abreast of advancements in AI/ML, including Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), and integrate new techniques into our solutions.</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Drive the implementation of high-impact AI use cases that align with strategic business priorities and deliver measurable value across key domains.</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Integrate AI products into enterprise banking systems (CRM, ERP, core banking) for streamlined operations.</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Support the adoption and scaling of AI platforms (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, RBI ChatGPT) across the organization.</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Mentor and support internal AI Pioneers, encouraging innovation and internal capability development.</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Ensure AI initiatives meet all relevant compliance, security, and ethical standards.</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Coordinate with legal, compliance, and cybersecurity teams to proactively manage risk.</li><li>Represent the AI team at internal and external events, including conferences, workshops, and hackathons.</li></ul><div><br></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Qualifications</strong></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br></div><ul><li style="text-align: justify;">Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Proven experience in applied AI/ML or Data Science in a business context.</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Strong programming skills in Python or R, with hands-on knowledge of ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Experience in NLP, predictive modeling, and GenAI solutions.</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Deep understanding of the AI/ML lifecycle: data preparation, model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Familiarity with AI governance, ethical AI principles, and regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, GDPR, CBK).</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Exposure to MLOps tools, CI/CD for AI, and AI model management practices.</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Experience working with modern AI platforms (e.g., Azure AI, AWS Sagemaker, OpenAI) is a strong advantage.</li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions into business outcomes.</li></ul>
